Create a CRCS Plan

In this module you will build the culminating project for the course, a CRCS plan that you can apply to all of your classrooms.  Keep in mind, you may need to tweak a thing or two here and there depending on the actual course content, or whether you teach online or in a traditional setting.  If you understand the concepts of the four keys you are already off to a good start of reframing your thinking, choice of techniques, methods, and messages in a more culturally responsive manner.  One more thing, as you grow, you will feel the need for your system to morph.  That is perfectly normal.  The 4 keys are principles, but your plan is a living document.  So, don’t be afraid to adjust it.

In this module the learner will:

1. Analyze how the four keys of CRCS are incorporated into their overall classroom strategy.
2. Evaluate their rationale for implementing each of the four keys of CRCS into their overall classroom strategy.
3. Create a CRCS plan to guide their overall classroom strategy.
